Singapore Finance Minister Tharman Shanmugaratnam said he expects property prices to fall further, the opinion accorded with three days after data showed home values in the city-state dropped for a third consecutive quarter. Following the Singapore government curb speculation, till July 1, 2.4% fell in the six month. From the Monetary Authority of Singapore in June 2013, lenders must consider a borrower's dept when granting mortgages and Home loans should not rise above 60% of borrower's income.
In Korea, similar situation occur that home prices fell down consequently and the price of the lease of a house on a deposit basis shoot up nearly 80% of the home prices. These phenomena will erupt at the end and the mass of people suffer from lose their money because of decrease of home price and interest on a loan. I think that this come from human’s avarice that earn enormous money from home plunge. It will be zero-some game and government should restrict them and built long lease house for poor.

2. Singapore team in Super Rugby 'a joke'
Many coach said that Singapore is being considered as the base for the 18th Super Rugby team ahead of Japan. The reason is that not only financial and commercial qualifications but also playing strength give them confidence. The final will fix in 2016.

3. Singapore Airlines offers free passes to tourist hotspots
Singapore airline offers several conveniences for passengers in their hotspots. They are offering free passes for any two of its nine hot spaces to customers who choose to fly on A380 from Delhi and Mumbai. Customers can book their travel on the A380 flight and receive two tourist attractions in Singapore along with two days. Also, for booking made until 9/30, the airline has offered special economy class return fares to Singapore on the A380.
After my trip to Europe failed, I have been looking for trip in one week. Then, I found the Singapore is the best place to trip. Because, there are very close to Hong Kong and Macao, and several shopping attractions that offers really cheap price. So, on my way finding about Singapore, I found this article and I realize that it is the one of the reason of making Singapore more fascinating.
